7-DAY SIZE EXCHANGE & REPLACEMENT POLICY

At RNT Footwear, we are dedicated to providing direct factory-grade performance footwear. We understand that finding the right shoe size is essential for running and sports activities.

1. 7-Day Doorstep Replacement:
We offer a 7-day hassle-free size replacement from the date of delivery. If the shoe does not fit comfortably (e.g., you need UK 7 instead of UK 8), we will arrange a replacement pair at your doorstep.

2. Conditions for Exchange:
- The footwear must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Original shoe box, tags, and packaging must be intact.
- Replacement requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

3. Defective or Damaged Products:
In the rare event that you receive a defective sole, stitching defect, or incorrect colorway, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos. We will arrange a free immediate replacement.

4. Refunds:
- For prepaid orders, if a replacement size is out of stock, a 100% refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank/UPI) within 5-7 working days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds are processed via secure UPI transfer or bank NEFT upon return verification.
