SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

All orders placed on RNT Footwear are dispatched directly from our manufacturing and central warehouse facility in Mundka, New Delhi via Shiprocket logistics network.

1. Order Processing Time:
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are dispatched on the same business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST are dispatched the next business day (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

2. Delivery Timelines:
- Delhi NCR: 1 - 2 business days.
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad): 3 - 4 business days.
- Rest of India: 4 - 6 business days.

3. Shipping Charges:
- Prepaid Orders (UPI, Cards, Net Banking): FREE DELIVERY Pan-India.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Standard COD handling fee may apply as displayed during checkout.

4. Order Tracking:
Once dispatched, tracking details with live AWB link are instantly shared via SMS and WhatsApp. You can track your shipment anytime on our 'Track Order' page.
